You can change your password by going to your personal page. (top item in your user menu after logging in)

NOTE: If you forgot your password click here. and type in your username and email address. (for this to work, you must use your correct username for the site, as well as the email address currently recorded in your profile. A new password will be sent to you once the account has been reset.

If you don't see your user menu, (below the main menu on the left) then you are not logged in yet. Once you are logged in, click on My Personal Page. under the member's menu. (Note: You may have to scroll down a bit before you can see the member's menu down on the left side) You will see your Personal Profile Page come up with a menu at the top.  Hover your mouse on the middle button titled Edit. You will see choices drop down below this Edit button. Choose Update your Profile from this list.

You will then see a form that looks similar to the form when you signed up for an account. Type your new password in BOTH of the "Password" fields and then click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page. (If you change your mind you can always click the CANCEL button next to the UPDATE button and no changes will be made.

Otherwise you will have a new password. NOTE: be sure to record your new password in a safe place so that you wont forget it. When choosing a password its best to use two words separated by a number like "sing2you" This is considered a very strong password that cannot be guessed easily, while at the same time is much easier to remember than a random string of letters and numbers.

NOTE: While you are editing your personal page above, you could also compose or update your description or some of the other fields as well.
